Festival Merch Team
Help fans take home a piece of the festival. The merch store is one of the most popular destinations during the festival. As part of the merch team, you’ll help fans find apparel and souvenirs while creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience. Like all festival staff, merch workers become part of the Fest Family - a group of people who come together each year to build something unique. It’s a chance to work as a team, have fun, and help create an amazing experience for thousands of festival attendees. If you enjoy working with people and being part of a fast-paced environment, the merch team may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
Merch staff help keep the store organized, assist fans, and ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked throughout the event.
Common responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly customer service to festival fans
- Assisting fans with merchandise selection and purchases
- Operating point-of-sale equipment (training provided)
- Restocking clothing racks and merchandise displays
- Keeping merchandise organized and off the floor
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming store area
Customer service is the top priority for the merch team.

Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be 16 years or older
- Be comfortable interacting with fans
- Have a positive, friendly attitude
- Be able to work in a fast-paced festival environment
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods
Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Expectations
Merch roles may require:
- Standing for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Frequently lifting up to 25 pounds
- Working in warm conditions (the building is not air-conditioned)
