Ice Delivery Team
Help keep the festival running smoothly behind the scenes. The Ice Delivery Team plays an important role in supporting a top-tier camping experience by delivering ice throughout the campgrounds. Team members drive golf carts to fulfill deliveries, handle ice sales, and respond to requests submitted through a dedicated text line. Like all festival staff, Ice Delivery team members become part of the Fest Family — a community of people who come together each year to build something special. Volunteers and staff work side by side to help create an amazing festival experience for thousands of fans. What You’ll Do
Ice Delivery Team members deliver ice to fans throughout the campgrounds.
Common responsibilities include:
- Delivering ice to fans in the campgrounds
- Loading and unloading bags of ice
- Processing cash and digital payments
- Reconciling payments with bags of ice sold
- Coordinating with teammates to fulfill delivery requests
This role is active and fast-moving, making it a great fit for people who enjoy physical work and teamwork.
Volunteer Opportunities
Ice Delivery is a great role for people looking to volunteer and be part of the festival team.
Volunteers help support important festival operations while working alongside other staff and volunteers to keep things running smoothly. Many volunteers return each year because of the friendships and connections built while working together.
While some paid positions may be available, this role is especially well-suited for volunteers who want to be part of the Fest Family.
Requirements
Applicants should:
Previous festival or operations experience is helpful but not required.
- Be 16 years or older
- Be comfortable working in a physically active role
- Be able to lift and move 20# bags of ice
- Be reliable and able to complete scheduled shifts
- Be prepared to work outdoors in a busy festival environment
- Be comfortable handling cash and digital payments
- Have the ability to safely drive a golf cart in a campground setting
Previous festival or operations experience is helpful but not required.
