Help bring the heart of the festival to life. Fest Crew members are located in the center of the festival concert grounds where some of the most fun and interactive experiences happen. This team helps run giant yard games, interact with fans, and keeps the energy high throughout the day. Like all festival staff, Fest Crew members become part of the Fest Family — a group of people who come together each year to build something special. Volunteers and staff work side by side to create a welcoming atmosphere and help thousands of fans enjoy an unforgettable festival. What You’ll Do
Common responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing giant yard games and interactive activities
- Encouraging fans to participate and have fun
- Answering common questions about the festival
- Helping direct fans to stages, vendors, or facilities
- Keeping the concert grounds area organized and welcoming
- Supporting other festival teams when needed

Requirements
Applicants should:
