Convenience Store Team
Help keep festival fans stocked with the essentials. The convenience store is a busy hub where fans pick up snacks, drinks, ice, and other supplies throughout the event. As part of the convenience stores’ team, you’ll help fans quickly find what they need so they can get back to enjoying the festival. Like all festival staff, store workers become part of the Fest Family - a group of people who come together each year to build something unique. It’s a chance to work hard, support each other, and help create an amazing festival experience for thousands of attendees. If you enjoy helping people and staying active in a fast-paced environment, the convenience store team may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
Store staff help keep the store organized, assist customers, and keep merchandise stocked throughout the festival.
Common responsibilities include:
- Assisting fans with purchases and questions
- Operating point-of-sale equipment (training provided)
- Restocking shelves and coolers
- Keeping products organized and displays stocked
- Helping maintain a clean and welcoming store area
- Working with teammates to keep lines moving during busy periods
Customer service and efficiency are important, especially during peak hours.
Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be comfortable interacting with fans
- Have a positive, helpful attitude
- Be able to work in a busy retail environment
- Be reliable and able to complete scheduled shifts
Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Expectations
Convenience store roles may require:
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting or restocking products throughout the day
- Working in a busy environment during peak festival hours
