Festival Bars/Pop Tents
Help serve drinks, support great causes, and be part of the Fest Family. All bar positions are volunteer roles. Our festival bars are run entirely by local nonprofit organizations, making them a unique and important part of the event. Volunteers help keep the bars running smoothly while raising funds for organizations that do incredible work in the community. All earnings and tips from the bar go directly to support those organizations and the causes they serve. Like all festival teams, bar volunteers become part of the Fest Family - a community of people who come together to build something special. It’s a chance to meet new people, work together, and help create an amazing festival experience for thousands of fans. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with a team, and supporting great causes, volunteering at the bars may be a great fit.

Volunteering at the bars comes with several perks:
- After your shift, you can stay and enjoy the festival the rest of the night
- If volunteering during a night shift, you can return another day of the festival
- Free parking on the day you volunteer (+ your bonus day, if you do the night shift)

What You’ll Do
Bar volunteers help keep beverage service running smoothly during the festival.
Common responsibilities include:
- Serving beverages to festival fans
- Assisting with drink orders and transactions
- Helping keep bar areas organized and stocked
- Working with teammates to keep lines moving
- Maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Bars can be busy and fast-paced, especially during peak times, so teamwork and communication are important.
Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be comfortable interacting with fans
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Be reliable and able to complete scheduled shifts
Previous bartending experience is helpful but not required.
